on the GCAAR Contracts and Clauses Committee
which has helped me develop a wide breadth of
knowledge about the contract paperwork crucial
to real estate transactions. |

- a nationally recognized designation, with
training on laws regarding duty, disclosure
and documentation requirements, as well as effective
negotiating on the buyer's behalf, - I offer
