One of the first steps in the buying process
is selecting a buyer's agent. Tammy likes to
schedule a face-to-face meeting to discuss the
buying process, the current market and to learn
about your buying needs. Of course this initial
meeting does not obligate you to use Tammy as
your buyer's agent. In fact, what Tammy likes
to do is have an initial meeting and then go
out and look at homes on a day that is convenient.
At that point you know if you have found a good
match for your needs. You spend a lot of time
with your realtor, so you should enjoy that
time. Tammy enjoys what she does and wants her
buyers to enjoy this time too.
Full Access to Listings
Tammy will let you know as soon as any new listings
that fit your criteria comes in the MLS. In
addition, her extensive contacts in Montgomery
County and Washington, DC and her partnership
with Liz Brent means she learns about listings
prior to them coming on the market. So you can
be the first to see houses that might meet your
needs!

Market trends vary…from zip code to zip code
and even from neighborhood to neighborhood.
Tammy's expert local knowledge and invaluable
market data will ensure that you get the most
up-to-date information throughout the process.
Through her connections Tammy often learns about
what sellers are accepting with offers once
a contract is ratified and there are no contingencies
pending, but prior to settlement ... invaluable
information!
She will guide you to the market value of your
home purchase by providing you with a Comparative
Market Analysis (CMA) – a comparison of the
home you are considering with recent homes that
have sold in the area as well as others that
are active or under contract. She prepares and
goes through the CMA with you prior to making
an offer, as well as strategizes how to present
the best offer to get you the best deal.
Savvy Negotiation
Negotiating is what Tammy does best! She will
be your voice so that the final contract is
in your best interest.
Top-notch Referrals
Tammy has contacts with excellent lenders, inspectors,
settlement companies, termite inspectors, contractors,
etc. Her resource list is comprised of past
and current clients recommendations. She can
give you referrals for each step of the process!
